- Subscription Data: We receive transaction receipts from Apple (App Store) to validate your subscription status. We do not collect or store your credit card information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- To Provide the Service: Processing your photos using AI technologies to deliver the requested output.
- To Improve the App: Analyzing usage trends to fix bugs and optimize performance.
- To Manage Subscriptions: Verifying your purchase status (Free vs. Premium).
- To Show Ads: Displaying third-party advertisements in the free version of the App (subject to your consent for tracking via iOS settings).
- Legal Compliance: Enforcing our Terms of Service and complying with applicable laws.
- To Measure and Optimize Marketing: We use third-party tools, such as the Facebook SDK, to track how you interact with our advertising campaigns (e.g., whether you installed the App after clicking our ad on another platform). 3. AI Processing of Images
To provide features like photo restoration and enhancement, we utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology.
- Transmission: Your photos are securely transmitted to our cloud servers or third-party AI providers strictly for processing.
- No Training on User Data: We do not use your photos to train our AI models, nor do we allow our third-party AI providers to use your personal photos for their model training.
- Temporary Processing: Images are processed automatically. Human access is extremely limited and may occur only in exceptional cases for system integrity, security, or legal compliance, and only by authorized personnel under strict confidentiality obligations.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We may share your information with third-party vendors who perform services for us or on our behalf. These categories include:
A. AI & Image Processing Providers
We transmit your images to specialized AI providers to generate results.
- Providers may include: kie.ai or other cloud-based AI inference services.
- Purpose: Image restoration, colorization, animation.
B. Cloud Hosting & Storage
- Providers may include: Google Cloud Platform or similar.
- Purpose: Secure temporary storage and server hosting.
C. Analytics
- Providers may include: Google Analytics, Firebase or similar.
- Purpose: Understanding how users interact with the App to improve stability.
D. Advertising Partners
- Providers may include: Google AdMob or similar.
- Purpose: Serving advertisements in the free version of the App. These networks may use your device ID to show personalized ads.
E. Marketing & Measurement Partners
We integrate third-party software development kits (SDKs), such as the Facebook SDK provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.
- Purpose: To measure the performance of our ad campaigns and understand app install attribution. Meta may collect or receive information from our App (such as device identifiers and app events) and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads.

5. Data Retention
5.1. User Content (Photos)
- We do not permanently store your original or processed photos on our servers.
- Photos are uploaded temporarily for processing.
- They are retained only for the duration necessary to generate the output and allow you to download it (typically 24 to 48 hours for caching purposes).
- After this period, they are automatically deleted from our cloud servers.
5.2. Usage Data
We retain anonymized usage data (analytics) for as long as necessary to analyze App performance.
6. Security of Your Data
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. Images are transmitted via encrypted protocols (HTTPS/TLS). However, please be aware that no electronic transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
